Mythical two-backed beasts move in black light,
White devils devour stories untrue,
Ewes undo, indulge forbidden delight,
Soft phrases of peace subdue narrow view.
Overseas nets cast to catch and ensnare,
Knavery’s face is never seen till used,
Makes aware tears, breathes together in pairs,
The accused false abused, ears-pierced-heart-bruised.
Sightless blind judgement dwells in perdition,
Chaos smothers angels when pearls are thrown.
Ocular proof melts to superstition,
How does one atone for own sins unknown?
Jealousy mocks the meat it feeds upon
and honest people lose what was once won.
